Saute finally chopped onion in oil.add ginger garlic paste bayleaf. Add mince and fry til colour changes. Add all sauces and seasonings except tomato pasteand stock.let mince cooked till moisture drirs.
So here I opted full gora style cooking and add raw macaroni in mince withstock and tomato paste.let it cook till tender.
When maccronies are tender and well mixed in sauce add chopped spring onions.
