Brown ground beef. Drain excess oil/grease off. Add stewed tomatoes, mushrooms(optional) and cut up unions. Cook until the vegetables are soften. Add a dollop of sour cream and about 1/4 cup of milk and cook about 10 minutes. Then turn heat off.
