Steps to make Chicken and Rice Platter:

Marinate chicken for 30mins with all the spices in CHICKEN section above ☝️.
In a pan add 1tbsp oil and roast whole chicken breast till tender, when cooked cut chicken in thin slices anf fry a little in frying pan..
For Rice, in a pot pour 2 tbsp oil and fry elaich in it add salt and chicken powder then add 4 cups of water and food colour, let the water to simmer, when comes to boil add soaked rice and cook until water dries and leave on low flame with tight lid for 10 mins.
In a plate, put rice on one side of plate and chicken on other side, pour some chilli garlic sauce and Mayo garlic on top and Enjoy!!!.
