- {Make ready 1/2 cup of Boiled rice (bottom layer).
- {Get 4 tbsp of Hot Oil.
- {Prepare as required of Marinated chicken.
- {Prepare as required of Remaining Rice.
- {Get 3 tbsp of Hot Oil.
- {Make ready as required of Food colour mixture with 1/2 cup milk.
Steps to make Chinese chicken biryani:
- First marinate the chicken, from which the contents of the chicken marinate are written..
- Now heat the oil in a pan for the marinate sauce, add grated garlic chopped to it on a high flame, and then add the onion leaf or onion greens in it. You should not change its color or even roast it. Then put all the sausages in it and roast it on high flame for 2 minutes, then mix it and turn off the gas. And put this sauce in the marinated chicken that we have prepared and mix well and keep aside..
- Put the water in a big pot to boil. Now put salt, oil and vinegar in it and let the water boil. When the water starts boiling, add rice in it and boil them till the rice is cooked up to 70%. (I had soaked rice in water for 1/2 hour before boiling). When the rice is cooked 70%, then drain its water..
- Now put a thin layer of rice in a pot in which the biryani is to be cooked, then heat half a cup of oil on it and put it on the marinated chicken. Then apply the remaining rice to it. Now put the remaining half cup of hot oil on top of it. Then dissolve the color in water. Cover the lid and let it cook for 20 minutes. First keep the flame on high for 5 minutes, then let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes..
- Now let's prepare the chicken fry. Marinate the chicken by adding all the ingredients of chicken fry. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the chicken pieces in it on medium heat..
- When biryani is ready, serve hot garnish with tomato flower and fried chicken..
