  3. Add all whole spices and fry them for 1 min then add chicken to it..
  4. Keep stirring and cook for 5-10 min on medium flame..
  5. Now in a mixi jar add curd,fried onions,almonds,chachew and make a fine paste..
  6. Now add the above paste to chicken and cook for 5mints..
  7. Now add your garam masala, coriander powder and cumin powder and give it a good mix..
  8. Increase the flame and keep stirring the korma. here add one cup of water to it and keep stirring..
  9. Once u get the boil in it, lower the flame,cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 mints..
  10. Now time to check if our chicken is cooked. here u can also check salt..
  11. And switch off the falme. u can garnish your dish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapati, paratha or rice. enjoy..
